With all dictation methods, voice files are encrypted with a 128-bit Twofish algorithm during transit. When a voice file is received, copies are
stored in two different server farms. Authorized users can access and listen to any dictation for up to one year.
Telephone / Toll-Free Number
The toll-free number allows dictation via a convenient 24/7 digital call-in dictation system from anywhere (home,
office, car) using any type of phone (mobile, cordless, land line).
Just follow these three easy steps to begin dictating anytime after you receive your personal I.D. number:

DIAL the dictation toll-free number.

ENTER your personal user I.D. number followed by the pound (#) key.

LISTEN to the message and begin dictating. As soon as you hang up, your dictation is automatically
available for transcription.

However, the touch-tone telephone buttons can easily be programmed to perform desired functions per a setup that is most
familiar or desirable to the user.
Digital Recorder
The digital recorder dictation method uses a small application that resides on any desktop or notebook computer.
It runs in the background as long as a computer is turned on and automatically uploads dictations from digital
recorders. Users do not have to start the application or click on anything. They simply dock the digital recorder
and the secure transfer begins. Dictations are verified for completeness and then removed from the digital recorder,
allowing the user to begin dictations again. A backup copy of all dictations is securely stored on the docking computer
for 14 days.
Mobile Phone App
The mobile phone app is a free download and available for Apple iOS or Android mobile devices and Smartphones with
Windows OS. It gives clinicians the ability to access and complete the following functions on the go:
